For those who don't know, freerunning is a form of urban acrobatics in which athletes, known as free runners, use the city, rural and public areas and landscape to perform quick, efficient movements through its structures. Freerunning incorporates efficient movements from parkour, added with amazing flips and jumps from acrobatics as well as tricking and street stunts, which creates an athletic and aesthetically pleasing way of moving. It is commonly practiced at gymnasiums and in urban areas that are cluttered with obstacles.
