Zen Chi Ryu is a modern form of freestyle karate. It has roots in the ancient Kempo style of Okiruawa. Founded by the legendary Shihan Kyoshi Tom Slaven in the 1970’s, Zen Chi Ryu combines highly effective techniques from multiple styles of martial arts to produce a street practical self defence system that anyone can master. Physique Health Club welcomes individuals and families to get into shape while learning this essential skill for today’s society.
