The University Sports and Aquatic Centre (USAC) has a wide range of fitness services, an indoor swimming pool, a state-of-the-art cardio and resistance equipment and group fitness classes by Les Mills.

Qualified staff will assess your needs by appointment, tailoring a fitness training program to suit.

The courts here are really nice indoor courts. There are two indoor basketball courts a number of squash courts and the pool is also good.

I think people can come down and play games on Sunday.
